The August Beginners' Meditation classes (both Chinese and English) are full. The instructor, Wee Keat, has kindly agreed to run another session. A vegetarian lunch will be provided after the class. 2pm to 4pm : Bodhisattva Precepts Chanting Ceremony 菩薩戒誦戒會 The chanting is in Mandarin. 2pm to 4pm : Dharma Class with Andrew Williams Join us after lunch to find out the meaning of the Heart Sutra or The Heart of the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, through Master Sheng Yen's book There Is No Suffering This Sutra is the most widely recited and studied among the Mahayana scriptures. |
