Beginners Meditation I started this Saturday - 9:30am for English class, and 初级禪训班 1  (中文) 星 期 六 1:30pm. If you miss out because the class is full we have another class in September (Sat. 26 Sept and 3rd Oct). Call or email us to register (advisable because places are limited). Sunday 星 期 日 : 
1)  Tree planting with Friends of Yarra Valley Park (10am to 12 noon) at Murundaka, Lower Plenty (Mel 32 K2). 
2)  Meditation Group Practice 禪 坐 共 修 (10:30am to 12:30pm). 
3)  Study Group 读书会 - 禅的智慧 using Master Sheng Yen's Zen Wisdom starts this Sunday (2pm to 4pm). Come and join the group discussion.  We have participants who are fluent in both English and Mandarin so this is a bilingual activity.
